Summary of discussion

    Today's discussion covered topic of altering DNA genotype modification. We were divided into two groups, one was for DNA modification, other was against that idea. Together we had sat on opposite sides of the classrom and began conversation.
    The ideas were coming rather slowly, however the discussion had also its emotional and very interesing moments, especially when it came to hybrids and embryo peril. We were discussing extending lifespan. Worth mentioning was that two students, one for each group, were looking at our discussion. Their task was to write down who was active during the lesson and who was not. We were to halt few minutes before end of class. We achieved consensus on basic aspects of that topic (namely about states of high risk) however many of us stuck to their opinion and remained in
disparity . The teacher said the group that believed that modifications are right won the so-called "battle".
    That was very educating morning and we all learned something new from that discussion. I hope we will repeat that kind of activity in the nearest future.
